Before sports drinks, there was switchel. Long a staple in American farms, children carried switchel out to the hayfields in mason jars so their parents could hydrate and reenergize. Today, we just call it awesome.

T erzo is a modern Italian restaurant and wine bar. The menu at Terzo is an ever evolving expression of modern Italian cuisine blended with our local bounty and inspiration.
